A travel writer’s eye applied to real estate, not a real estate agent’s. Every listing is editorially curated. The country guides are reference for relocation, not legal, tax, or immigration advice. We are not a brokerage, and we do not republish marketing copy.
How we treat your data
We never sell, rent, or share Member data. No third-party tracking pixels, no cross-site tracking. Our analytics are privacy-first and collect no personal data. Member data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation, and you can see exactly what we hold on you, on demand.
How we use AI
The editorial work is human work. The weekly letter, the country guides, and the listing write-ups are all written by people. AI helps with operational support — parsing submitted listings, and powering the relocation assistant that accompanies each guide — and we disclose it wherever it touches your experience.
